Make sure that you have enabled the Bluetooth or NFC function on your phone and have given permission to the application to access it. Also make sure you have brought your phone close enough to the Payconiq Beacon terminal, especially for the NFC function. If you want to pay via Bluetooth, make sure your phone is compatible with Bluetooth technology. In case of a problem of this type, you can always choose the “Scan” function on your smartphone to make the payment by scanning the QR Code displayed on the Payconiq Beacon terminal.
