How do I use the merchant portal?

Activate your profile on the merchant portal

You will receive an e-mail giving you access to the portal. Click on the button. “Create password“.

Define your password

Your password must contain: at least 10 characters and one capital letter, one number and one special character (+ . , & ? ! *).

Choose the Payconiq product you wish to view

You can select another product at any time by clicking on the green arrow.

If you have only one product, then the product is selected automatically. 

Keep track of your transactions

Today’s transactions


All transactions received for the day are displayed on this page.
If you have more than one product, click on the green arrow at the top of the screen to select the product for which you wish to view the transactions received.

All transactions

View all the transactions you’ve received to date. Toggle between products by clicking on the green arrow at the top of the screen, or click on “All products” for a global overview.
Click on the green arrow next to the transaction status for more details.

Download transactions

In the “All transactions” tab :
•  Click on the “Download” button at the top of the list to export a transaction report in Excel (CSV).
•  Select the transactions you wish to extract by date and time.
Toggle between products by clicking on the green arrow at the top of the screen, or click on “All products” for a global extract.

Totals

With just one click, get an overview of the total amount of payments received via Payconiq. For the current day, week, month or year.
Toggle between products by clicking on the green arrow at the top of the screen, or click on “All products” for a global overview.

Merchant account

Overview of your information


This page gives you an overview of all the information relating to your organisation and your Payconiq merchant account. You can change this information by contacting us at [email protected].

Users

This feature is only available to the admin user (the person defined in the Payconiq contract).

Add users


Click on the “Users” tab and then on the green “Add user” button to give other people access to the merchant portal.
Enter the user’s details (name and e-mail address) and define the role you wish to grant him/her: “operational user” or “financial user”.

Users overview

Click on the “Users” tab to get an overview of the users who have access to the portal. Each user’s information is displayed: name, e-mail address, role, products accessed, last login date and status.

Below are the different types of status:
Green: the user who has been added has already logged in to the portal, and is therefore active.
Orange: the added user has not yet connected to the portal, and is “pending”. The time limit for creating a password is 24 hours. To resend the password, click on the three vertical dots and then on “Resend email”.
Red: the user has been deactivated (temporarily or permanently).

User management (modification or deactivation)

To modify a user’s profile, click on the three vertical dots to the right of the user’s line and click on “Modify user”. You’ll be able to modify the user’s name and role. However, the e-mail address of an active user cannot be modified. You will need to deactivate the profile and create a new user.

• To deactivate a user, click on the three vertical dots and then on “Deactivate user”.
• To reactivate a user, click on the three vertical dots and then on “Reactivate”.

Manage your preferences by choosing the language of the merchant portal: English, French, Dutch or German, then click on the “confirm” button.

You can also activate an audible notification each time a new transaction is received. To activate this feature, check the “Beep” option, then click on the “Confirm” button.

QR code creation

Download your QR codes


This tab is only available on the merchant portal if you have the “Pre-defined Sticker “* product. To check, click on the green arrow at the top of the screen, then browse the drop-down menu.
